School 4 (2001)
This was Gong Yoo's debut K-Drama! he didn't had such a big role but this k-drama helped him gain early recognition in the industry.
School 4 is a high school drama about the everyday lives of students, their friendships, struggles with school, family problems, and dreams. It’s part of the School series, which is known for showing real-life issues teens face. Gong Yoo played Hwang Tae-young, a student with a bit of a rebellious streak but also a lot of charm. He wasn’t the main character, but his role showed a teen dealing with typical school and personal challenges!

Whenever the Heart Beats (2002)
This K-Drama is a romantic drama about love and relationships, showing how young people deal with their emotions and heartaches.
Gong Yoo played Park Chan-ho, one of the characters involved in these love stories. His role wasn’t very big, but it was part of his early acting career, helping him gain experience in romantic roles, it’s one of the dramas that slowly built his path to stardom!

This is a drama about young people working in the movie industry, like future screenwriters, actors, and directors.
All chasing their dreams while dealing with love and friendship.
Gong Yoo played Kim Joon-pyo, a supporting character. His role wasn’t the main focus, but it added to the drama's story about ambition and relationships. It was one of his early roles, helping him gain more experience and get noticed as an up-and-coming actor!!
